i love these videos but she makes them look so easy… until i try and i can only keep up with half the reps. cant wait to be able to do it so easily as her!
yoooo…she’s a Beast (compliment)..lol…Inspiration right there. What is you advice for a person who is over 300 pounds and wants to be pilates. Holding positions like that can be very strenuous. Could you possible do a video for bigger person with modulated pilates positions.

Hello there! Thanks for this helpful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (google it), but I’m not sure if it is good. Have you thought about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me
@diggchrispy She is motivational to most people. I really enjoy her videos and she makes me push myself further, because the way she speaks.
@TheSewdiva here i am back for my second try! here are some examples of how i modified moves: during the chorus, i continued to walk in and out instead of jumping (just a quicker pace). saw twist rollup: i didn’t lay all the way down between twists, i just leaned back as far as i could hold myself and held it there until she was rolling back up (this still worked my core). and doing so many reps was hard for other things so i would rest for about 3 seconds sometimes.

yey! I got through it! it was hard at first (as you can see on my other comment)but now that i tried it again when it was done i was like ” wow that was it?” i did it! its fast and i can feel it! + you make it a fun, love it! thanks

loved this video! thanks cassey! i am still very overweight so i started it and gave up. but a few minutes later i went back to it and just worked as hard as i could. i had to modify most of the exercises but at least i got through it, right?
Plank position hurts a great deal sometimes, with pain radiating up and down my forearm.
Does it sound like I’m not balanced or not finding the pose properly?

Do you workout everyday? I am 296 pounds and I am ready to change my life. I am ready to commit and just looking for some motivation. Would it be easier for me to stick with it if I were to workout everyday or something like every other day? Thank you for your time
